You've decided to bring your group to Northwest this summer. First of all... Congratulations! We look forward to having you on our campus!
So, what's next? It's simple! We just need to get some information from you. Fortunately, making your arrangements is just a few simple steps away. Here's what you need to do:
Download and complete our group application form. Whether your group is staying with us for one night or many nights with different sessions throughout the summer, all you need to complete is the one form. The form in in Microsoft Word format and is set up for you to fill in the blanks.
Email your completed application as an attachment (preferred method) to Scott Shields, Residential Life Area Coordinator, at sshield@nwmissouri.edu. If you prefer, you may print and mail your completed application to:
Scott Shields
Area Coordinator, Residential Life
800 University Dr.
Maryville, MO 64468
Upon receiving your application, we will contact you by the end of the next business day. We will attempt to contact you by phone, but if we can't reach you, we will use email. At that time, we will confirm your application, discuss your requests for arrangements, and answer any questions you may have.
This step doesn't need to be done right away. But, when it gets within a few days of your group's arrival on campus, we will need some help if your group is staying in university housing. Please download the following Excel Spreadsheet and complete it with information about the guests who will be staying with us. By providing us with this completed roster, you will enable us to provide you with a considerably faster check-in process and also provide assignment rosters within minutes of your check-in.
When you open the document, you will notice a tab for your roster and a tab with instructions. Let us know if you have any questions.
