The Event Information Form is used to advertise your campus organization’s event to all students via the Office of Campus Activities’ bi-weekly electronic bulletin. This email is sent to all students on Mondays and Thursdays at 12:00 noon. To have your organization’s event information published in the next bulletin, your information must be submitted by 7 a.m. the day the bulletin is to be emailed.
The Office of Campus Activities is not responsible for grammatical or spelling errors. Your event information will be published exactly as it has been submitted in this form. Only events taking place within 30 days of it’s publish date will be included.
