Family of the Year Application Form

Family of the Year will be the most outstanding and representative family selected from the applications submitted. The winner will be announced during the pregame against Missouri Western on Sept. 13th, 2008. The family must be present to accept the award.
Only one application per student.
A $750 Scholarship and other prizes will be awarded to the winner.

Requirements

Parent(s) or legal guardian(s) must have a child currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at Northwest Missouri State University. The student must have submitted a Family of the Year application. Nominations accepted only from Northwest undergraduate students.
