Northwest Missouri State University

Fall Mock Interview Day

Thursday, October 2, 2008

Deadline to register: Monday, September 29 at 5:00 p.m.

All interviews will be held on the 3rd floor of the J. W. Jones Student Union.

About the event:

Mock Interview Day is an opportunity to practice interviewing skills with employers and other professionals.  It is open to all majors.  Career Services invites a mix of employers to campus for this event based on requests from faculty/academic departments, and the statistical analysis of previous mock interview events.

The interviews will be 20-25 minutes in length followed by a 15-20 minutes for feedback. During the feedback session the employer will provide suggestions on how to improve your interviewing skills, resume, and will critique your over-all performance.  Even though this is a practice interview, the employers will expect you to be prepared.
