All new student employees must report to the Office of Human Resources Management, 125 Administration Building, within the first three days of employment, to complete their I-9 Form and W-4 Tax Forms. Federal regulations require that these documents be completed within the first three days of employment. Failure to complete the documents within the first three days results in a termination of the employment until such time when the documents are completed.
The I-9 Form requires the presentation of specific documents. The following is a list of documents that can be used in order to complete the I-9 Form. These are the most popular documents that are presented to complete the I-9 Form.

All student employees must complete a Federal W-4 Tax Form and a Missouri W-4 Tax Form. Each student employee should come prepared knowing whether they will claim "0", "1" or "exempt" on their tax form.
