The office of Minority Affairs will be a leading Division II institution in the development of programs for, and delivery of services to, underrepresented students; the embracing and understanding of differences; and the offering of innovative and effective diversity education programs.  The retention and graduation rates of our underrepresented students will mirror those of the general student body.
