Alumni Reunion Weekend - Sept. 27-28, 2008

Dear Bearcat Alumni, Parents and Friends:

Greetings from the Baseball Office at Northwest Missouri State University!  It is now time for us to set our sights on the upcoming 2008-2009 playing season and would like to continue the support of the Bearcat Baseball Family which we have established over the past few years.

I would like to invite you back to the Fifth Annual Bearcat Baseball Alumni Weekend and the 1st Annual Bearcat Baseball Golf Tournament.  It is my goal to get as many past players, parents and supporters back to Maryville to socialize and check out this year’s squad.

This year’s reunion will be on Saturday, September 27th and Sunday September 28th.  The following are just a few of the events that you will be enjoying in your weekend back.

Saturday, September 27th

• Everyone welcome to attend! 
• Golf Tournament
• Meal and Social

Sunday, September 28th

• Breakfast for Golfers and Baseball Players
• Alumni Batting Practice
• Alumni Game – Uniform top provided
• Acknowledgement of former players in attendance

I am hoping for a great turnout so you can reestablish those past friendships. I need you to contact as many of your former Bearcat teammates, supporters and friends as possible and encourage them to come back for the weekend.  If any former teammates need registration paperwork you can have them contact me at (660) 562-1352, by email at dloe@nwmissouri.edu or check out the baseball website at www.northwestbearcats.com.

If you plan to attend any of the events featured over the weekend, please print off the attached registration form and mail it back to me at the address provided on the form.  Please return your registration back to my office by September 12th so we can prepare for the weekend.  Also, hold on to the enclosed itinerary to plan your weekend.  If you cannot attend, I would still like to have you complete the top portion of the alumni registration form and return it so we can keep you updated in our records.

I am looking forward to seeing all of our former Bearcats and supporters at this year’s reunion.  It will be a great weekend and a chance for you to return to Maryville with your teammates.
