
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – (Results) Northwest Missouri State women’s golf finished fifth at the William Jewell Women’s Invitational. Jessica Feuerbach led the Bearcats for the third straight meet, posting a 93 in the one-day competition for a tie of 10th overall.
Sarah Hayes finished with a 94, which put her in a tie for 15th overall. Hannah Bowlin finished the day tied for 24th overall after carding a 100. Lauren Atkinson was one shot behind Bowlin with a 101, putting her in 28th place. Erin Luchtel finished with a 103, putting her in a tie for 29th overall and Lindsey Werdehausen rounded out the top-five, placing 39th overall with a 109.
This was the Bearcats last tournament for the fall season of 2007. Their season picks back up on March 23-24 in St. Joseph Missouri at the Missouri Western Invitational. Action will take place at Fairview and Moila Golf Courses.
