Council a Repeat Harlon Hill Regional Finalist

Nov. 6—Northwest senior running back LaRon Council has been named a regional finalist for the Harlon Hill Award given annually to the top player in Division II football. The list of candidates was announced Thursday by the National Harlon Hill Award Committee.
