If you have Bobby Bucks left on your Bearcat Card, you can receive cash back. You have until September 30th, 2008 to go to the Cashiering Office with your Bearcat Card to get your cash back.

A Bank ATM and Debit Card
Your Northwest Bearcat card is also your key to convenient banking. Northwest has partnered with US Bank to produce an ID card with ATM and debit capabilities. Students, faculty, and staff with a current US Bank checking account, or by opening a new account receive:
- Free US Bank ATM transactions, including the 2 ATMs on campus located in the Student Union and The Station
- No minimum balance
- No monthly maintenance fee
- Unlimited check writing
- First free order of Bearcat checks
- Free US Bank internet banking including Free internet bill pay
- Two US Bank locations in Maryville
You can also use your bearcat card as a debit card for purchases at merchants such as Wal-Mart and grocery sales that are affiliated with the interlink point of sale (POS) network.

How to Add Money (Aladine) for Meals and Convenience Store
- $25 increments of Aladine can be added anytime online . Value is not on the Card, but on the Food Service Computer. This will be charged to your University account.

Caring for Your Card
- Do not put the cards on or near TVs, stereos, computers, or microwave ovens.
- Know where your card is at all times.
- Treat it as you would any other valuable item.
- Protect card from being bent, scratched, damaged, or stolen.

Lost Bearcat Cards
- A Replacement fee of $15 will be charged for each new card. A $5 credit will be given if the old ID is returned within 14 days.
- In case of a lost or stolen ID, notify the ID office at extension 1430 immediately.
- If you are using your Bearcat Card as your U.S. Bank ATM card, you'll also need to report it lost or stolen to U.S. Bank's 24-hour Customer Service line at 1.800.USBANKS (872.2657).
- Turn in found cards to the ID Office ASAP.
- NO TEMPORARY IDS WILL BE ISSUED.

Broken Cards
- Broken ID cards (not mutilated or abused) will be replaced at the ID Office. The pieces of the broken cards must be returned to the ID Office. If you do not have the pieces, the card will be considered a lost card and a $15 replacement fee will be charged. For cards less than one year old there will be a $15 replacement fee.

Q: What other locations can I use my Bearcat ID Card?
A: US Bank checking allows students and employees to use their ID Cards at ATM machines and as debit cards off-campus.
Q: What if my card is lost or stolen?
A: During business hours call the Northwest ID Office at 660.562.1430 to have your card replaced. If you are using your Bearcat Card as your U.S. Bank ATM card, you'll also need to report it lost or stolen to U.S. Bank's 24-hour Customer Service line at 1.800.USBANKS (872.2657).
Q: I found an old Bearcat Card. Can I have this card reactivated?
A: No, old Bearcat Cards will not be reactivated. You may bring your old card into the ID Office in the Student Union for a $5 credit to your Northwest Account.
