RSS, or Really Simple Syndication is a format for delivering regularly changing web content in such a way that allows for a user to view the information from his or her desktop. Users can subscribe to feeds that are of particular interest to them and be notified as new content becomes available.
To start using RSS, you need a special news reader or aggregator that can display the RSS Feeds you select. There are many free RSS readers available. Some can be installed onto your computer or mobile device, while others can be used through a web browswer.
Once you have set up your news reader, follow the instructions for that particular news reader to subscribe to the RSS Feeds you want. All news reader applications work differently, but in general to add an RSS Feed, do the following:
