University Relations has many clients across campus. Not counting business cards and stationery items, we process more than 1,500 individual projects a year.

Client Guidelines

To produce a professionally printed publication, all University offices, departments and student groups must use University Relations services. The University has contracts with various printing companies, and if a publication is to be paid for with University funds, you must follow these contracts.

We will design projects for University-related events and groups. Personal projects cannot be accepted. Individuals or groups typically pay for University-related projects using a University account number; however, if the group does not have one, we accept checks made payable to Northwest.
